"The
class wasn't what I expected...it was more!! I feel more connected to
my body than I think I ever have been. Being a mother of 3 young
children it's hard to slow down...but I feel that through your class
I've become a better mom and I've had more energy to give them...
I also loved how the
classes were tailored to us individually, and how we could purchase the
equipment and were given exercise sheets. I was amazed at what such simple
stretches and movements can do for my body. I used to have chronic back pain and
see my chiropractor weekly, and now I can do the stretches I learned at home (I
only see my chiropractor about once every 2-3 months). I feel taller, I feel
stronger, and I can't wait to continue through this yoga journey. Thank you for

I signed up for the class to help with my joint pain
and to be honest it wasn't what I was expecting,..[but] exactly what I needed. I
just thought it would be more like traditional yoga.
It's
funny because I really struggle on Mondays and [can be] moody, stressed
and as a result quite unmotivated. There was many a Monday night where
I really wanted to stay home but I couldn't believe how good I felt
when I was done. I'm not a touchy, feely person but I honestly felt
