One yoga's workshops are designed specifically to address the complications
and pain that might arise from playing sports, repetitive motion in the workplace or years of poor body mechanics.
Participants learn simple, yet effective breathing techniques combined with pain-free body awareness exercises that you can use on your own to help relieve pain and discomfort and move towards better body balance.
